Each year, TORHS Hockey will hold a Winter Cup event. These events are considered special events and do not qualify teams for our Nationals. All divisions are open. We will seed the teams into the correct division based on our staff’s extensive research of each team, and their results. This event is treated much like we treat our National Tournament.

MEDALS AND TEAM AWARDS
Full scale emceed award ceremonies will be held on the rink directly following the completion of the Championship game in each division. We will present unique Winter Cup Gold and Silver medals to the 1st and 2nd place teams in each division. In addition, the Champion in each division will be presented with the TORHS 2Hot4Ice Winter Cup, while the runner-up will be presented with a plaque.
INDIVIDUAL AWARDS
- Top Scorer : Awarded to the player in each division with the most points in round robin play.
- Top Dishman : Awarded to the player in each division with the most assists in round robin play.
- Most Valuable Goalie : Awarded to the goalie in each division with the best Goals Against Average in round robin play
*Tiebreaker for Individual Awards will be players’ team ranking
*In the event that we split the divisions at the start of round-robin play, we will present a separate group of individual awards to players in each division.
